Description
Learners wishing to enrol on this course should be able to work independently and have good communication and listening skills. If you are unable to work independently you will need to come with someone to support you.
At Churchill Pavilion, you will learn a range of creative imaginative techniques to develop sensory resources which will support and help your moods. You will use arrange of colours, textures, crafts, smells to create sensory tangible resource which you can use in the home out in the community.
You will learn to explore:
• Different textures, create scents using essential oils, creative drawing, collage, painting
• Gluing techniques, sound objects
Activities and work will be assessed by your tutor and you will receive feedback on your progress.

Term 3 – 10 Weeks
The practical skills gained on this course can help reduce anxiety, improve confidence, communication, social skills, and contribute towards a sense of wellbeing and greater independence at home.
Resources will be provided; you may be required to bring in some recycled materials from home such as plastic bottles.
