Description
This qualification is designed for anyone who comes into face-to-face contact with customers and clients in a current or future job role.
Please note that whilst the course is free, there is a £50 withdrawal/non completion fee if you choose to withdraw from the course.
Offering clear and accurate information, advice or guidance, and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally can greatly improve outcomes for a business or organisation. There are some fundamental rules for successful information sharing, and ensuring staff are aware of these is key. By completing this course, you will:
- Explore communication techniques
- Study how values, attitudes and beliefs can affect interactions
- Develop interaction and interpersonal skills
- Learn how information, advice or guidance can be explored
- Learn how group interaction can be utilised
- Manage information, including storage and retrieval
- Learn how to comply with current legislation
Awarding body: NCFE
This is an online course. You will receive your own study pack, alongside a specialist tutor who will guide you through your studies. Your study pack includes a set of high-quality knowledge workbooks that are designed to help you learn independently through a range of reflective activities. You will also receive an online assessment account (e-assessor) where you will document your evidence.
Course Length
Up to 14 weeks (although you can complete more quickly if you wish)
Attendance
This course is part of our online learning offer, and you will primarily study at home. Regular drop-in workshops are available, facilitated by a specialist tutor. We encourage attendance at the drop-in sessions for support, reassurance and knowledge building.
You will receive submission dates for all units.
If you require additional support, regular tutorials can be arranged.
