This qualification is designed for learners who wish to understand mental health in young children throughout the early years (from birth to 5 years old), and the role of the Early Years Practitioner in supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing.

eThis is a distance learning course, where you will be assessed through an online portfolio (e-assessor). To support your studies, you will receive a set of high-quality knowledge workbooks that are designed to help you learn independently through a range of reflective activities. You will also be assigned a tutor, who will provide you with regular feedback and support you through your qualification.
Course Length
8 weeks (although you can complete more quickly if you wish)
Attendance
This course is part of our distance learning offer, you will receive submission due dates for all units.
You must attend a virtual induction and completed the initial assessment paperwork before you start your course.
If you require additional support, tutorials can be arranged either face-to-face, over the telephone, or by email.
