This course is ideal for learners who wish to increase their awareness and understanding of Health and Safety requirements in a Warehouse, process of stock checking, preparing for goods dispatch, and importance of good customer service.
This is a Distance Learning course however you must attend an induction session before you can begin your studies.

Learners will study 4 units:
Unit 1: Health and Safety requirements in a Warehouse environment
Unit 2: Principles of Warehouse goods
Unit 3: Process of stock checking and preparing goods for dispatch
Unit 4: Importance of Customer Service in a Warehousing environment
This is a Distance Learning programme, but you must attend the induction session. If you require additional support, tutorials can be arranged either face to face, over the telephone or by email.
