Sensory Crafts

Description

Learners wishing to enrol on this course should be able to work independently, have good communication and listening skills. If you are unable to work independently you will need to come with someone to support you.

At Churchill Pavilion, you will create a sensory craft that will help stimulation the senses once they are activated. This type of stimulation is important for development and can be used to improve the well-being of developmentally disabled adults.

Activities and work will be assessed by your tutor and you will receive feedback on your progress.

Resources will be provided; you may be required to bring in some recycled materials from
home such as plastic bottles.
